EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

At Fascino’Lis, we care about quality and customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer a warranty and provide exchange and return processes under the following conditions:

WARRANTY
Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty exclusively covers material or manufacturing process defects, provided the product has been used under normal conditions and following the recommended care instructions.

WARRANTY PERIODS:
Jewelry: 6 months from the date of purchase.
Other products: The warranty period will depend on the product type and will be specified in its description.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, drops, contact with chemicals, excessive humidity, or mishandling.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may request an inspection by sending an email to [contact email], including the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Once the product has been evaluated, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or store credit, as applicable.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you wish to exchange a product for a different design or reference, you may do so within the first 5 business days after receiving the product, under the following conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Security tags and labels must remain intact.
Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
If the exchange is for a product of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within the first 5 business days after receiving the product. In this case:

The full amount paid will be refunded without deductions, within 30 days after the request.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
WHEN THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
The warranty does not cover:

Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by third parties.
Damage caused by drops, contact with chemicals, excessive humidity, or improper use.
Misuse of the product beyond the provided recommendations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Although our website is secure, errors in product information or pricing may occur due to technological or human failures. In case of inconsistencies, Fascino’Lis reserves the right to correct or cancel any affected transaction and will notify the customer accordingly.
