If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify the customer to select another product or receive a refund within 30 calendar days.

SHOPPING CART
Products added to the shopping cart do not constitute a quotation or price commitment. The final price will be the one valid at the time the order is confirmed.

REGISTRATION AND DELIVERY
To complete a purchase, the customer must fill out the registration form with accurate and up-to-date information. The customer must provide a precise delivery address. If there are errors in the provided address, Fascino’Lis is not responsible for delays or delivery issues.

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped via the carrier selected by Fascino’Lis and will cover the entire national territory. If there is no delivery coverage for the provided address, the order will be sent to the nearest pickup location.

PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION REVERSAL
Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Fascino’Lis does not store customers’ financial information. A transaction reversal can be requested within 5 business days of purchase in cases of fraud, transaction errors, defective products, or undelivered items. Each case will be individually reviewed, and if applicable, a refund will be issued within 30 calendar days.

ORDER VALIDATION
To ensure transaction security, Fascino’Lis may conduct verification calls and check credit information databases.

COMMERCIAL OFFER ACCEPTANCE
The purchase contract is finalized when Fascino’Lis confirms the order and issues the purchase receipt. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders in cases of typographical errors or inventory issues, informing the customer immediately.

INVOICING
The purchase invoice will be sent via email.
